Do you accept returns?
The Loser's Club merchandise is custom-made, print to order. As one Leland Gaunt might say: caveat emptor!

We can only accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • the product was misprinted
  • the product was damaged (excluding damages during delivery)
  • the product possesses you or any of your loved ones 
  • the product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly, the product is the wrong size, color, or type, etc.). 

Send us a photo and a brief description of the issue within the first 30 days of purchase and we'll be happy to assist.

We unfortunately can't grant returns for the reasons below: 

  • it was unsatisfactory for any reason (excluding the matching of the provided fulfillment information)
  • it was ripped during werewolf transformation
  • the shipping provider did not complete delivery/the delivery was late

For any shipping-related issues, please contact the carrier directly to resolve. You can find your tracking information in your shipment notification email.

How much does shipping cost? 

We offer free standard shipping to U.S. customers. Faster shipping methods are available for an additional fee.

International orders are a $10 flat shipping fee.

How long will it take to arrive?

Standard shipping U.S. orders arrive within 5-10 business days of your order. If you’d like to get it faster, select Premium (3-7 business days) or Express (2-5 business days).

There are three types of international shipping:

International Standard: This method notifies you that there will be no tracking available and that delivery can take up to 17 business days to arrive.  Final delivery will be made by your local postal service.
- International Premium (Canada only): A tracking number is available and delivery can take up to 9 business days.
- International Express: A tracking number is available and delivery can take up to 5 business days.

International customers may be required to pay customs and duties upon delivery. All of these methods are carried by Fedex at some point—Premium and Express are carried entirely by Fedex, and Standard is carried by Fedex while in the US.

What’s the best way to care for my items?

Some tips: 

  • Machine wash inside-out at 90°F max
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Keep away from nearby manglers
  • Iron inside-out at medium heat with no steam
  • For mugs, we recommend hand washing over machine washing.
